How long are Jokers Rugby products under warranty?

Jokers Rugby footwear and apparel is guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. Please keep your sales receipt as verification of purchase date. This warranty does not cover damage that occurs during transport or while in storage, results from misuse of the product, improper fitting or sizing of products, or normal wear and tear.

Jokers Rugby is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred due to loss of use of the product.

What do I do if I want to return a product?

Consumers experiencing problems with Jokers Rugby footwear and apparel products can e-mail us at returns@jokersrugby.com.

Note that purchasers are responsible for all shipping charges to send the product back to Jokers Rugby. Jokers Rugby will pay all shipping charges to return the product. Jokers Rugby estimates that it will take up to 10 days to inspect your product after it is received. This does not include the shipping time, holidays, or any delays due to catastrophe.

Any products shipped to Jokers Rugby without a return authorization will be refused for inspection.

Your original proof of purchase must be included.

If your returned product is defective, Jokers Rugby will replace it with an equal or greater value model as determined by Jokers Rugby. If the product is outside the warranty period, Jokers Rugby will return the product as is.
